First of all I ordered this roll as a Christmas gift for my husband..Not only that it arrived on Christmas but not in UK where I live, but in Australia..Not only that I didn't have a Christmas gift but it was hard to contact the seller for a solution to the problem..
Anyway after contacting PayPal cuz the seller didn't answer days..They gave me a resolution that this will be sorted..and indeed sorted..got my money back after two weeks and after the seller contact me saying that will send a roll even if she lost the money plus a glass case that when it actually arrive was misspelled the name of my husband..Even though I wanted the name on the roll.
Anyway I ordered another roll from another company cuz I didn't trust in her massage. I was very disappointed for the lack of professionalism..

Product was shipped to wrong address. (1 in a thousand chance of such an error happening...)
Our response?
1. Immediately apologized to customer
2. Made the purchase FREE. That’s right!! After a FULL REFUND, we shipped the product to customer...for free.
3. Gave the customer a free gift worth $40, over and above the free product worth $ 144...
And yet the customer, while accepting that she received the refund + purchased product for free + gift chose to give us a 1 star feedback. Well, we rest our case! We have fixed the loophole that allowed for wrong shipping address.
